The Women’s Wellness Programme

I absolutely love supporting women in midlife with their health goals but I’m aware that one to one support isn’t an option for everyone. So this year, I’ve launched my brand new service and I can’t wait to share it with you!

The Women’s Wellness Programme is a small, face to face group programme for up to 6 women. It’s a four week course, and I’ll be running one group during the daytime and one group during the evening to ensure there’s an accessible programme available for everyone. 

It’s suitable for women in midlife who would like to optimise their nutrition and wellness. The topics we’ll cover include:

* Energy levels * Mood * Gut Health * Hormonal balance * Sleep quality * Movement levels * Stress management *

This programme is for you if you are looking for:

  • Realistic and practical nutrition and wellness tips which you can easily incorporate into a busy life  

  • Simple healthy eating solutions

  • Sustainable healthy habits to support you during the perimenopause through to postmenopause

Dates & Details!

The Spring course will run during April and May 2025 over the following dates:

Daytime course: Fridays 10am to 11:30am on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd May

Evening course: Wednesdays 7pm to 8:30pm on 30th April and 7th, 14th, 21st May

Each session will consist of a mixture of educational coaching and group discussions. By keeping the intake very small I hope to form a really supportive community of women and we can be flexible on content depending where our goals and discussions take us! 

Refreshments and home-made snacks will be provided. There will be weekly handouts including realistic, practical examples of quick, easy high protein and high fibre meals and snacks to support our health and wellness.

The location will be in my coaching space which is located in Central Harpenden, Hertfordshire. 

Investment for the 4 week course - £125 (early bird offer of £110 until 14th March)
